In these terms and conditions, ‘we’ and ‘us’ refers to Sarah Cant Couture Millinery; ‘you’ refers to the purchaser.

payment security

Your order is processed by PayPal. We do not store your financial information in our system. Paypal accepts debit and credit cards. If you wish to pay by cheque, please contact me by directly to arrange your order: sarah@sarahcant.co.uk or 07866 759703.

currency & prices

All prices shown are in GBP (£ sterling). Prices are subject to alteration without notice; however once you have placed an order, the price for that item will not change.

duties & taxes

You are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

shipping

Shipping information and charges are given on the Orders, Delivery & Returns page. These charges are subject to alteration without notice; however once an order is placed, they will not change for that order.

returns

Goods must be returned within 14 days, in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Intention to return must be made in an email to sarah@sarahcant.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. For more detailed information on returning goods, please see the Orders, Delivery & Returns page. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

trade descriptions act

All products are individually hand-made and whilst every effort is made to maintain consistency in size, form and colour some slight variations may occur. The highest possible standard of technique, finish, and consistency will be maintained at all times.

intellectual property

All designs and design rights are the sole property of Sarah Cant, the designer. By entering and using this site, you acknowledge and agree that all content is protected by copyright, design rights and trademark rights as applicable. You agree that you will not (nor assist or facilitate a third party to) commercially exploit or create derivative works from the products and other content on this site.

privacy

By adding your name to our mailing list, placing an order, or sending an enquiry, your details will not be shared with third parties. All personal information collected through this website will be held securely in accordance with the UK’s Data Protection Act 1998.
